A. Snatch - 3 rep Positional TnG - Floor + below knee + floor. (Power or squat- whatever allows more #)
45,95,135,145,155(failed) wanted to stick with power snatches.
B. Back Squat 7x5 @90%
310 all across. The first 2 sets were the toughest. I don't think I warmed up enough mobility wise. Once my legs and hips were activated it felt better. I also felt I wasn't getting a good bounce out of the whole. Prob due to the high weight I am not to sure.

Forgot to bring my rope so I didn't do the DU. I will make up for it on recovery rest day.
