A. Front Squat : EMOM x 8 , 3 reps @ 70%
Did it at 200lbs. Felt somewhat easy. But towards last round or two. I felt it.
B. Tester
AMRAP 10
9 Burpee Touches
12 Power Cleans (95/63)
15 Wall balls (20/14- to 10' target)
4 compete rounds plus 24 reps. I was smoked after this. Soaked to the bone in sweat.
