Not sure if I did this right or not but I was pretty smoked at end of it regardless. I did the row in 1:34 which I think is a PR. Then went down stairs and did 5 rounds plus 3 PC. I was smoked hit every rep UB. Did have to rest for 5 seconds or so between rounds.
