Obviously had to MU progressions. Felt really good. Hit all workout unbroken. Total time for MU thrusters was 4:31 I think. Or 2:31. I really don't remember.
Total time for row and burpees was 6:07. I have to say that wod sucked. My legs were absolutely smoked on the second set. But I finished.
