A. Back Squat week 4 day 2

Hit all reps all sets. Slower on last set. 

B. Snatch Grip DL + Snatch + OHS  : Complex
135, 155, 165. Stopped there felt good tho. 

C. MAP Training - @ 80-85%

Had  to do run OnTreadmill  completed 5 full rounds plus 200m 4 burpees 2 C2b.

Forgot my jump rope AGAIN. Ran 100m instead. Pistols are tough!! Took a set to get the rythem down. But I got. All PC were UB.
