Felt very confident going in today that I would hit 400. Made it an even better bonus when I hit 405. I wanted to go more but my back was a little tight. Needed more mobility work I think. Next goal 450!!

This test was suppose to be a air dine bike test but golds does not have one. Justin told me to do it on stepper. Was different. Wanted to stay consistent whole 9:30 and then turbo kick it last :30 but I used the wrong program. Mental note for next time for sure.
