Felt smoked after EMOM. Legs felt spent. Pushed through. Really slowed down on reps towards last 2 minutes. Averaged about 25 seconds per round. Last few averaged about 38-45. Muscle up progression was very tiring felt good after was done. I wanted to atleast get to 10 but I will settle for that (for now).
